COLLEGE LIBRARY
Fr. Agnel College of Arts & Commerce, Pilar Goa Library was established in the year 1991. The library is open access and fully computerized with the help of NewGenLib library software. The library has over 18000 printed books, 100 print journals and magazines, 2100 electronic journals, 51000 e-books and bibliographic databases.

MEMBERSHIP
Faculty Members, other staff, and students are eligible to become members of the library. The library offers an outside membership to locals, ex-students and others.
SCHOLAR CARD
Scholar Card is a special library card in addition to regular library cards, given to students who have score 60% and above marks, in their previous examination. The card is given to encourage reading habits. 95 students got Scholar Card for the academic year 2010-11.
SOCIAL CARD
A Social Card is a special library card given to students belonging to SC/ST and OBC students. 21 students got Social Card for the academic year 2010-11.
BOOK BANK
Book Bank facility is available to the students of poor financial background. 57 students avail the book bank facility from the library for the academic year 2010-11.
Knowledge Bazar
Knowledge Bazar is one of the Unique activity which is organized specially for College Students, students of neighboring schools and for the locals. The Knowledge Bazar is one week festival which consists of exhibition of all the encyclopaedias, dictionaries, maps, and various reference books from the College Library, the books from the cupboard are displayed for reference and reading, during this time the students are explained the importance of referring reference books and features of each book is explained, video shows are organized on various topics relating to social and environmental issues, talk on career guidance are organized for different groups of readers.
